Create an Account

Sign Up

1. Go to the portal at cos-portal.w3i.io 
2. Click Sign Up
3. Enter your full name, email address, and a strong password
4. Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
5. Click Create Account

Verify Your Email

After signing up, you’ll receive a verification email at the address you provided.

1. Check your inbox for an email from DoNotReply@w3i.io with the subject “Verify your email”
2. Click the verification link in the email
3. You’ll be redirected to the portal with a confirmation message

The verification link expires after 24 hours. If it expires, you can request a new one from the login page using the “Resend verification” option.

Tip: If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder. The sender is DoNotReply@w3i.io.

What Happens Next

When you create your account, the system automatically:

• Creates a family (named after you, e.g. “Stephane’s Family”)
• Sets you as the family admin (full access to all settings)
• Configures default notification preferences (immediate email alerts + daily digest at 8:00 AM)
• Creates default family settings (3-day screenshot retention)

You can change all of these later in Settings.
