Alerts

Alerts are the core of the monitoring system. They tell you when the AI has detected something concerning on your child’s device.

Alert List

From the sidebar, click Alerts to see all alerts. You can filter by:

• Status: Open, Acknowledged, Resolved, Dismissed
• Severity: Low, Medium, High, Critical
• Child: Filter to a specific child

Alerts are sorted by most recent first.

Alert Detail

Click an alert to see its detail page:

• Title — What was detected (e.g. “Violence Gore Detected”)
• Severity badge — Colour-coded: green (low), yellow (medium), orange (high), red (critical)
• Summary — AI-generated explanation of what was found
• Screenshot — The actual screenshot that triggered the alert (decrypted and displayed)
• Confidence score — How confident the AI is in the detection (0–100%)
• Event timeline — Full audit trail: when the alert was created, acknowledged, resolved, and by whom

Alert Types

The type is determined by the policy rule’s action setting.
